Bradford Together Women Project

This was the second of four National Enquiries being held across the country. This independent and objective enquiry explores the views of criminal justice sector practitioners and experts around the country to hear their perspectives on what works best; community or custody. The Together Women Project has a number of centres which support women offenders and women at risk of offending. The centres aim to tackle issues which may trigger offending behaviour, divert women from custody, and prevent family breakdown. The team of panellists visited one of these centres prior to the evidence gathering and lively debate held at the Norcroft Centre and Bradford University.
